The Foundation partners with Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to implement the Reading Rescue & Reading Ready programs.

This dual-impact partnership model is twofold: by partnering with higher education institutions, we are able to provide high-quality professional development grounded in the science of reading and evidence-based practices to future teachers, while simultaneously creating one-to-one and small group opportunities for students in need of a high-impact literacy intervention.


This model impacts both future teachers and striving readers. We believe it is necessary and urgent to replicate and scale this work in order to bring impact to young learners and future educators across the country.
